Yoga Rx is designed to address your body’s imbalances and take your health and fitness to a new level. With 1:1 yoga we can:
- Strengthen your core and low back to reduce back/pelvic aches, pains, leaks, and tightness
- Relieve chronically tight hips
- Build strength for improved endurance and power needed for walking, running, jumping, stair climbing, lifting, etc
- Melt shoulder and neck tension
- Facilitate healing from injury or chronic pain
- Improve balance and reduce risk of falling
- Manage headaches, anxiety, and jaw pain.
You will work 1:1 privately with a Physical Therapist/Yoga instructor who will evaluate and prescribe the best yoga sequences for you.
