In Physical Therapy my motto is "proximal stability for distal mobility." Professionally, I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Registered Yoga Teacher.  I have been teaching clients safe movement through exercise and yoga for 15 years.


My mission is to help you take back control of your body and your life.

I believe that "moderation" and "all things in balance" really means that you are living a life that makes you happy.

My clients are feeling younger with every practice. They find improvements in mobility after only 15 minutes, and they are doing things they haven't done in a long time.

How do I know this is right for me?

Our primary concern is your safety.  Therefore we have put together the following criteria to help you know who this program best serves.  

  • You should not be in any acute pain or using this program as sole healing support for a new injury.
  • You should be at least 4 weeks postpartum or under the care of a postpartum Physical Therapist.
  • You should be able to safely and comfortably get to and from the floor, bear weight through knees and hands, and balance on one leg.
  • These programs are beginner-friendly, but will benefit all ages and athletic abilities.
  • This for you if you are looking for  prevention strategies to support an active lifestyle, and/or ongoing post-rehabilitation tools and progression.
  • This for you if you are interested in trying yoga but feel more comfortable in the privacy of your own home under the guidance and instruction of a Physical Therapist.
